I installed it on a Win 10 PC, opened the software and clicked on ‘Activate’ as instructed and entered the activation code provided. I recently tried out this software, it was not a good experience. Disk cloning should be resiliant enough to handle one or more unreadable sectors and let other tools resolve any possible lost data in those unreadable sectors on the new good drive by other means. MOST unreadable sectors do not break a system and just force remapping the lost sector can be recovered from by NTFS journelling or by windows file protection or file backup regimes. I would like some assurance from the developers that the whole disk clone is FAULT TOLERANT where it will not stall the clone operation if a damaged sector is encountered during the disk clone operation, after all that is often when one has been forced to buy a new disk drive and needs to clone and continue uusing the system.
